New Zealand Visa knowledge

1、 General work visa
(1) To apply for a work visa, you must provide:
1. Valid passport. If the passport cannot be submitted, please provide birth certificate and ID card.
2. Complete and signed application form for visiting visa (nzis015) and supplementary form for Chinese citizens to visit, study and work in New Zealand (nzis1027).
3. A recent passport photo of the applicant.
4. A New Zealand employment contract.
5. Employer's supplementary form (nzislll3 or nzisll2).
6. Application fee.
7. Financial proof of the costs of the applicant's stay in New Zealand.
8. Their entry visa chest X-ray chart or physical examination and chest X-ray chart (if applicable).
9. Notarial certificate of no criminal offence (if applicable).
Please note: if any of the above items is missing, the application materials will be returned.
(2) Supporting documents
1. Copies of ID card and temporary residence permit (if applicable).
2. The original or notarized copy of the household register.
3. The notarial certificate of affiliation (English translation is required). All immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouses, children), regardless of nationality and residence, should be included in the notarial certificate.
4. A contract from a New Zealand employment company. The contract should include your job title, job description, salary, working hours, contract period and other relevant information.
5. Copy of New Zealand employer's letter of approval in principle (if applicable).
6. Notarial certificate of educational background and work experience.
(3) Other requirements
Immigration New Zealand reserves the right to request additional materials during the processing of visa applications and keep all information and materials on file.
We will assess whether you are a real visitor. Once a decision is made, the applicant does not have the right to appeal.
All Chinese materials must be translated into English.
At the end of the application, the notarial certificate will not be returned. (if it is necessary for us to return the notarial certificate, a copy must be submitted together with the visa application. Otherwise, the notarial certificate will not be returned.)
If the applicant provides false or misleading information, the application may be rejected.
The processing time of the visa application is about 30 days. If the applicant does not provide all the required documents, the processing time will be extended. Please do not purchase the ticket before obtaining the visa.
Once a visit visa is issued, it will not be extended. Applicants must enter the country within the validity of the visa. Otherwise, the applicant needs to re submit the application.
Applicants must leave New Zealand before their visa expires or they may be deported.
2、 Spouse work visa
(1) To apply for a spouse type work visa, you must provide:
1. Valid passport. If the passport cannot be submitted, please provide birth certificate and ID card.
2. Complete and signed application form for visiting visa (nzis015) and supplementary form for Chinese citizens to visit, study and work in New Zealand (nzis1027).
3. A recent passport photo of the applicant.
4. Application fee.
5. Financial proof of the costs of the applicant's stay in New Zealand.
6. Their entry visa chest X-ray chart or physical examination and chest X-ray chart (if applicable).
7. Notarial certificate of no criminal offence (if applicable).
Please note: if any of the above items is missing, the application materials will be returned.
(2) Supporting documents

4. A written letter of support from your New Zealand spouse for your application.
5. Provide evidence that the length of stay you are applying for in New Zealand is also the length of time your New Zealand spouse wants to stay in New Zealand.
6. Materials proving that you and your New Zealand spouse live together and have a real and stable relationship, such as: marriage certificate, joint property or shared bank account, common income, all group photos, and all correspondence and telephone bills, etc. Please note that it is the applicant's obligation to provide evidence of authenticity and stability.
7. If you or your New Zealand spouse is unmarried, both parties must provide proof of their unmarried status. If you or your New Zealand spouse has ever divorced, both parties must issue a divorce certificate or divorce legal documents to prove that you and your spouse can legally remarry; the New Zealand spouse may be required to provide the "no amendment to marriage / certificate of search" certificate issued by the New Zealand Ministry of the interior.
8. If you have children who apply with you, your children can apply for a New Zealand visiting visa or a student visa.
9. This includes the notarization of the child's birth, custody and, if applicable, a certificate signed by the parent of the other party approving the child's application for a New Zealand Visa.
10. Any other materials that you think can prove that you are eligible for the "spouse class visit visa".
(3) Other requirements
1. To apply for a spouse type visit visa, you must: A. be at least 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years old, you must have a written consent signed by both parents to support the application. B. Met with your New Zealand spouse before submitting your application. C. You and your New Zealand spouse cannot be close relatives.
2. Submit a completed and signed "form for partners supporting partnership based temporary entry applications" (NZIS 1146).
3. You must be a permanent resident of New Zealand under the spouse guarantee policy. If New Zealand
